Vital Medicine is truly unique.
On the surface we seem to be a medical clinic and educational center, yet if you take some time to get to know us, you’ll find that what we are really doing is reframing the entire notion of “medicine”. We offer an integral approach to health care in which we are expanding the scope of medicine to include one’s entire being – body, mind, soul, and spirit and the collective contexts in which one is rooted. When we use the word, “integral”, that is what we mean. We recognize that one’s vitality is born from all aspects of one’s being, as an integrated whole, thus our inquiry, assessment, therapies and programs are designed to address and encompass them all.
At the heart of our work is the development of an approach to medicine that embraces the individual within community. In recognizing that the health and vitality of the individual and the collective are interdependent, born of one another, we have chosen in the design of our offerings to shift the paradigm of medicine to serve both together.
